Shinzo is born to a Sheikah Assassin (mother) and Hylian Knight (father) in Castle Town.
Shinzo is born at the start of the civil war. His mother and father train him from a very early age in both the ways of the knight and assassin. Shinzo looks more like a hylian than a Shiekah.
