Magnus is exiled, Gerudo are asked to pilot a divine beast

Magnus is exiled by the gods. In preparation for the coming Demon king, the Gerudo select a pilot for the divine beast, and the eighth is selected.

Magnus had prepared Hyrule for the coming of the Demon King by building the divine beasts and guardians. However, doing so also sparked the anger of the gods. They exiled him, and the previous king took his throne again.   The Gerudo were asked to pilot a divine beast for the fight with the demon king. They did, and the demon king was swiftly destroyed.
