Cook is the Subrosian Royal Cook.
Currently, Cook is hiding from the lizalfos that have filled Volga's palace. They can't hide in their kitchen, though, because Treasurer has dibs on the kitchen as a hiding place.

Cook was born with a powerful sense of taste, and was born to a family of well known cooks. Cook was elected by the Subrosian populace to be Volga's palace cook. However, Volga never eats the food made. Cook almost exclusively makes lava soup and cookies for Volga's parties.
