Arcane Concord
The Arcane Concord was once the largest collective of magical scholars, researchers, and arcanists in the old world. Founded during the tail end of the Era of Peace, their original charter was to protect magical integrity, catalog ancient spells, and monitor wild magical zones. As the Darkness began to subtly warp reality, the Concord shifted into a more active — and increasingly secretive — organization.
Philosophy & Mission
They do not seek power for power’s sake, but instead believe in magical equilibrium. However, their rigidity often brought them into conflict with more dynamic or reactive factions, like the Dawnblade Accord.Pre-Exodus Activities
- Researched and documented the early signs of corrupted ley lines.
- Attempted to seal minor rifts appearing across the continents.
- Warned leadership about the growing threat of the Ghost Cities and twisted magic — largely ignored.
Post-Exodus
After the fall, the Concord fractured. Some remained scholars in hidden sanctums, others helped form the Riftwatchers. A rare few sought redemption and joined Westra’s efforts in the new world.Magic must serve as a stabilizing force in an unstable world.
