Appledackle's All-Nighter Cider
This traditional gnomish spiced cider can temporarily refresh a spellcaster's arcane energy. When you drink this potion, choose one of the following magical effects:
- Refreshed Focus. You recover a number of expended spell slots whose combined level is equal to or less than your Intelligence modifier (minimum 1). None of the recovered spell slots can be higher than 5th level.
- Empowered Spell. For 1 minute, when you cast a spell that deals damage, you can reroll a number of the damage dice equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum 1). You must use the new rolls. This benefit can be applied only once during the minute and must be declared before damage is rolled.
- Quickened Spell. For 1 minute, when you cast a spell that has a casting time of 1 action, you can choose to cast it as a bonus action instead. This benefit can be applied only once during the minute and must be declared before casting the spell.
