Yokota Masu
Yokota, sometimes referred to as Kota, is a Hellian who owns the electrical company Surprisystems, the main competitor to Zander's company. He is an old friend of Evening who used to work with her at the supermarket she used to work at, before leaving to use his electrical Hellian abilities to start up his own power company in order to take some control of the city back from Zander.
When Surprisystems started to gain more customers, Zander took notice, and after multiple attempts to try and convince Yokota to shut down his business, Zander took things to the extreme, which resulted in the loss of Yokota's left leg. He now wears a prosthetic, but also will walk with a crutch sometimes.
