Demons are one of the most common types of Hellian species, most commonly found in Odron and Florovias. Demons have different races among them, which act more as different classifications of what kind of demon they are.
Most demons naturally live longer, having an average life span of 300 to 400 years, but will eventually die of old age.
Despite myths, demons do not come from the underworld, although there are specific types of "demons" that used to reside there. But the demons that roam Ghea are not from the underground.
Most demons have above average strength, and find it easier to build muscle without physically gaining much. Their muscles feel hard to the touch when a demon is stronger.
Skin color for demons depends, and is often reliant on their specific race. Hair color depends entirely on genetics.

Anatomy
The anatomy of demons depends on what specific race they are, but they are always naturally born with the same basic physical characteristics that humans are born with, and most races of demons have horns.
Growth Rate & Stages
The growth rates are the same as humans, but demons start to look more mature earlier, and once they reach adulthood, their speed of growth slows down since they have a longer life span.
Ecology and Habitats
Demons are more sensitive to the cold than humans, so they typically try to avoid living in areas that are naturally colder. They prefer heat, and will often find comfort living near fire. If uncomfortable in their environment, they can start to become slightly aggressive.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Demons primarily eat meat, and can can eat raw meat without any issues. Not many enjoy fruit or vegetables, but vegan demons do exist; they just need to pay attention to their nutrition more than regular demons. They also don't digest processed food as well as humans, so they tend to avoid it if possible.

During winter, demons can become a little sluggish and weaker due to the cold weather. In contrast, they typically become stronger and more energetic during the summer.
