Order of Shadowlanders
Elders (mostly) and Diadems (rarely) are sent to this order to farm above the oceans because the sustenance they need cannot only be gained underwater. They rotate who is on land and who are trainers at their school. These Elders and Diadems are trained in their schools Preservers of Maisk to endure longer above water, heal diseases and sickness of the plants and whatever local populace is nearby (the stronger in magic they can cure the more likely they will be compelled to join the Order instead of volunteering their service). This Order also are ambassadors, trade and travel to other lands if they are needed (based on substantial trade agreements or wait their people need).
