Ysril (Sword)

Often called "The Defender," Ysril is often depicted in stories not just of beating back legions of dragonborn, but of doing so in the defense of others. Many stories of Ysril contain scenes in which its wielder throws themselves in front of bolt of lightning or a blast of flame, using the blade to redirect the blade or disperse the fire. Like all the Teeth of Ororegg, Ysril is a sentient weapon. Those who have held her long will claim that she whispers to them in their most desperate hour, comforting them and reassuring them, steeling their resolve.

Ysril reinforces the wielder's nerve, granting them not only steadfast courage, but also an uncanny ability to shrug off all manner of magical effects.
