Heldring

Known to some as "the Ravager" or "Foe Slayer," Heldring is perhaps the most iconic of the Teeth of Ororegg. The wicked design of this blade (to say nothing of the sinister reputation that precedes it) is enough to frighten all but the most courageous (or foolhardy) warriors. Appearing in numerous tales from the Wars of Liberation, Heldring is often depicted slaying Andar and Dragonborn alike in incredible... detail...   Known to make its wielder quick to anger, Heldring's sentience is far less subtle than many of the other Teeth. Those who have held it will often remark how quickly images of flames and destruction leap into their mind. Sometimes, these images become manifest, setting foes alight.
