Undamaged:
The structure has suffered only cosmetic damage: Windows are broken and shingles
missing from the roof, but the building is essentially intact.
Minor Damage:
The structure has suffered significant damage, but is still essentially intact.
The roof leaks and some of the plaster is crumbling from the walls, but the structural elements
are sound. Watch your step, but otherwise it isn't too bad to explore.
Major Damage:
The structure is substantially damaged, with damage affecting nearly every part and function of the building. Entering the building is hazardous, but it can still be salvaged. Cracks in the walls, missing pieces of ceiling, but nothing that can't be repaired with some effort.
Severe Damage:
Damage permeates the building. Areas of the roof have caved in, and floors are missing or dangerously rotten. Major structural
elements still stand, but threaten to give way. Anyone entering the structure runs the risk of being buried in a collapse or falling through a floor. Salvaging the building would be more work than it’s worth.
Collapsed:
The building has largely collapsed. Little, if any of it, can be entered... Except perhaps by
crawling through the rubble and debris. Entering the building is very hazardous.
