In this crucible, the Helice Accord was signed, a pact of unity between shattered colonies, brokered by Tyrik Sol Marran and sealed by Kaela Rho Threnne herself. The name United Colonial Group was first whispered beneath the mountain bunkers of Sonata, not as a government, but as a promise.
