Personal history
The archfey claims not to remember it's own birth, he simply sprouted, when the wilderness became seperate from what humans would call civilised. Along the years he would become many things, as the wild magical world changed in the eyes humanity, contrasted by civilization. He'd been a muse, He'd been a beast, but when the Merlinian order rose to prominance in britian he became a king to rival their own. His court was the forest, his dominion beasts and strange things, a distorted mirror of what power looked like in mortal realms.
As conflicts emerged with the merlinians the archfey would eventually meet a young mage, furious and betrayed she sought him to be a destroyer, and such he became, the war has come to his door step and with the will of this human he would rise to it's challenge, gifting her with the might of the forest and the wild, morgana became his herald, to wage war against camelot. During the final battle with camelot, as morgana drew out arthur, the archfey entered camelot's sanctum to face merlin and his council, wishing to settle the score with the archmage himself. As the battle raged, merlin and his attendants complete The Mutespell, trapping all magic for the millenia to come, in his final moments the Archfey took his revenge on merlin, slaying the wizard and entrapping both within the old throne room.
After camelot's restoration, the archfey was sealed within the throne chamber of camelot, sitting on the old throne of his sworn enemies, his physical form decaying as if time never stopped, and his essence bound by powerfull incantations.
It was with that that the archfey held, frozen into it's vengefull form by the mutespell they no longer shift with accordance to humanitie's ideas of the wild. Now a thousand years later, the form had become all but permenant, entrapped by the magics in the heart of camelot the archfey is no longer shackled by humanitie's perception, in a way he is more free then any of his arcane kin.

Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Before the mutespell, the archfey shifted as contrast to civilization, representing the untamed magics of the wilderness itself on all it's forms. however, with the rise of the merlinians, the archfey was granted an antagonistic role to the controll the order seeked to establish, and with the mutespell holding it away from the influences of society for a thousand years, the role had become somewhat permenant and stuck.
The king of the fey now schemes in his imprisonment, wishing to grant the freedom he posseses to all of his kind, as well as fulfill his granted role, by toppling the spires of camelot, and civilization itself.
