Mind Reaver Barbarian
A band of raiders known as the Rubine Reavers have reached the shores of the continent of Chronan as of late. They are said to possess both great physical and mental endurance, powered by the crystalline protrusions on their bodies. They hail from some fallen civilization that has reverted back to barbaric ways abhorred by the civilized citizens of the Eight States, robbing people not only of their valuables but also breaking their minds.
The Difficulty Class for these subclass features equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency.3rd level: Raging Mind, Thought Thief

14th level: Mind Over Matter
Furthermore, your rage damage bonus becomes psychic damage instead of the weapon's damage type.
Once you have used this feature, you cannot use it again until you have finished a short or a long rest.
If the target is an unwilling creature, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your Mind Reaver DC or be moved or knocked prone. If the target is an object that is carried or worn by a creature, that creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your Mind Reaver DC or lose the object.
Path of the Mind Reaver Features
The subclass is available to barbarians afflicted by chaotic energies, so they can only have the chaotic alignment.The Difficulty Class for these subclass features equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency.
Raging Mind
Starting at 3rd level when you choose this path, your rage protects both your body and your mind. While raging, you gain resistance to psychic damage, and you have advantage on saving throws against effects that would make you charmed or frightened.Furthermore, your rage damage bonus becomes psychic damage instead of the weapon's damage type.
Thought Thief
Also at 3rd level, you can focus your inner fury to steal information from those around you. You can expend a use of your rage feature to gain the effect of the detect thoughts spell instead of the usual benefits of raging. Probing deeper into a creature's thoughts requires the target to fail a Wisdom saving throw against your Mind Reaver DC.Mental Burst
At 6th level, your pent-up fury explodes in psychic energy if your body is shattered. If your hit points are decreased to 0 while raging, you force all creatures within 10 feet of you to make an Intelligence saving throw against your Mind Reaver DC. On a failed save, they take psychic damage equal to your barbarian level plus your rage damage bonus, and become incapacitated until the end of their next turn. On a success, they take half damage only.Synaptic Rend
Also at 6th level, you can fuel your strike with mental ferocity to break not only the hide but the mind of your foe. When you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack while raging, you can force them to make an Intelligence saving throw against your Mind Reaver DC. On a failed save, the target is paralyzed until the end of its next turn.Once you have used this feature, you cannot use it again until you have finished a short or a long rest.
Psychic Repel
At 10th level, your raging mind reflects damage it is supposed to take back to its source. Whenever you take damage of the type you have resistance to while raging, you can use your reaction to force the attacker to take the amount of damage you resisted as psychic damage. Damage halved by making a successful saving throw is not counted as resisted damage.Mind Over Matter
By 14th level, your fierce psychic capabilities have grown to allow you to manipulate your surroundings. While you are raging, you can use your bonus action to telekinetically move one object or creature within 30 feet of you, including yourself. The target can weigh up to 30 times your Strength score in pounds and be no more than one size larger than yourself. You can move the target up to 30 feet in any direction or knock it prone.If the target is an unwilling creature, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your Mind Reaver DC or be moved or knocked prone. If the target is an object that is carried or worn by a creature, that creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your Mind Reaver DC or lose the object.
