The Travelling Court

Food Wars meets archival studies   Gentry   The Honest - The honest is very curious, open, and has come to be almost obsessive about honesty and keeping "real". They are very up in other's business when they suspect lies are afoot. This obsession with honesty was once striving for communication, but centuries have unhinged it.    The Friend - Let's All Get Along! They despise all forms of conflict and do their best to keep anything like that as far from themselves and the others as possible.   The Protector - They think that good travel means leaving a place as good (or better) than when you arrived and so act as defendant of any society or life they encounter.   The Hedonist - The Hedonist just wants to enjoy life and cares little for other people or duties.   The Judge - The Judge helped sort out the official rules here and they make it a personal mission to keep those rules enforced. They safeguard and transcribe tradition and prevent change.   The Diplomat - The best at speaking to other societies, the diplomat has the greatest empathy of the group. They are bad at managing, but they do love talking to people   The Curious - The curious has embraced their love of the unknown. They love this court, their life, and their mission. They are the mascot of sorts, as their enthusiasm is infectious   The Bitter - Didn’t really have much of a voice in this whole thing and honestly finds it pointless and boring. Really hates the Honest and the Judge for being the behavior cops   The Polite - The polite values courtesy and rudeness above all, as courtesy is how things are done. They easily take offense and often are quite punitive for "attacks" on their honor.   The Protective - The Protective has long noticed and ben kind of afraid of the fragility of things and the more they see the more temporary things are shown to be. The Protective wants to keep the court safe at any cost- from foreign courts, outside dangers, etc.
