Murse Breeding

Murse Breeding also known as Mursing is the profession of breeding horses with the intent to imbue said horses with magic. The process requires lengthy rituals and high levels of concentration on the practioning mage, many meditate for hours before every ritual. Though this mutation of the horse is excedingly rare to succeed, every successfully created Murse is worth its weight in gold and more.
  Some lineages of Murses are known to be more likely to successfully survive the ritual without becoming a stillborn Stupor, and as such those lineages will bring even more of a profit to their owners.
  The rate of successful rituals and conversions of horses into a Murse are every 30th from prestigeous Murse lineages and less than one in a thousand for regular horses though this wont stop financially desperate peasants from attempting such rituals as a sort of last way out lottery.
