Mallamor and the "Live Stupor"

It is said that there once was a man in Lesaboca, he loved his son dearly and the thought of his son taking over the family stables was his whole pride. But one day his son did not return from playing with the neighbours daughter. Soon the Parents were alarmed and searched the whole city for their offspring. When they were found drowned in a barrel said mans grief was indescribable. He mourned for many days. Not wanting to accept his sons death the man started spending his family fortune buying ancient tomes and hiring the most known Mages of his time to revive his son.
Weeks passed and nothing seemed to be able to help.
But one fatefull day, a storm came up. Rain, thunder and lightning were loud and intense, but not intense enough to mask the loud bang on the door. The man opened the door, what he saw sent shivers down his marrow, the necromancer Mallamor had come to his house.

"I hear you're trying to commune with the dead, and you've found your middleman!"
Still shocked the man didn't know how to react letting the Mallamor in, he ignored the foul smell of Brimstone and mustered up all his courage. "Will you be able to bring my son back?"
Mallamor replied
"If it can be done, it will be I that does it. But there is a price. YOUR SOUL! I will come to claim it within the year! AHAHAHAHAHA"
"I agree!" replied the man, his eagerness even surprising Mallamor. Many days rituals and sacrifices later the mans son came back to his senses and is said to have become one of the most talented stablemasters that Gafarr ever brought about.
When the time came for Mallamor to claim the mans soul, the man, now no longer willing to die offered to, instead of his soul, pay the Necromancer with a Murse. Not needing to think long Mallamor knew any Murse would be worth more than this foolish mans soul so he agreed to the trade. The usual Mursing ritual proceeded but Mallamor's presence corrupted it and so the first and only "Live Stupor" ever was born. The Stupor as is usual seemed dead, but when Mallamor bound his conciousness to it, it came alive to the surprise of all.
