Almiran Dynasty
The Almiran dynasty was founded by Timago I Grand Admiral of Garfaar's imperial navy. When the empire fell apart in 0 AG and the central government seized to exist, Timago I used the naval forces to take control of the Bocaarr and the imperial capital of Bocamar.
Although Timago I reign was chaotic and troublesome he managed to maitain a semblance of stability in the Bocaarr region when compared to the rest of Garfarr.
When Timago I died in 36 AG his son Doma I took over and continued his fathers strife for stability and expansion of power. Although not much was achieved in the 26 years of Doma's reign many in Bocamar consider it a golden age to this day.
When Doma I died in 62 AG he left his son Doma II a stable realm with a disciplined army, navy and loyal, experienced Bureaucrats. With this inheritance Doma II set up the fortress of Garfadon with its commading position in the Bocaarr and brought the city of Arrdoma under his control, this was also the time large industrial scale metalworking was established in Bocamar to aid the navy in its strife to replace traditional bows and balistas with cannonry. When Doma died in a storm in 107 AG Bocamar was briefly ruled by two kings Osar I and Nando I, conjoined twins that had been seperated at birth. Eventually both fell out bitterly over questions of seniority and a civil war errupted.
When the conflicted was decided in 131 AG Osar I ascended the throne and spent the rest of his reign repairing the damages inflicted by the civil war between him and his twin until his passing in 167 AG leaving power to his son Doma III, who expanded the navy, not in small part as a reaction to the rising power of Fortila, when both powers faced each other finally in 201 AG in Fortila's harbour Doma III was burned alive which led to the ascend of Timago II the current King of Bocamar out of the Almiran Dynasty.
Timago is 31 years old in 209 AG.
