Zuloo
Halfling from rock mead, tower held up by wooded construction builds.
Zuloo is a wizard of Rockmead, proprietor of Zuloo’s Wizarding Goods, a modest shop tucked between the town’s general store and Smitty’s smithy. His robes are patched in bright cloth, runes embroidered at cuffs to shield from errant sparks; his hair is long and silvered, flecks of soot at the temples from late nights experimenting. He moves behind counters of polished crystal vials and aged grimoire covers, greeting townsfolk timidly yet with a glint of pride.
Though Rockmead is a quiet trade town in Wexford, Zuloo’s shop draws curious folk—apprentices, wandering mages, even secretive seekers. He deals in peculiar trinkets: enchanted lanterns that burn cold light, ink that vanishes unless read by moonlight, small wards keyed to names. Rarely does he leave town, but whispers say he once traveled under moon’s cloak to study at a hidden arcane academy. In Rockmead, he is both marvel and mild eccentric, a man whose magic is useful, prices are firm, and secrets are stored behind locked shelves.
