This alliance was formed between the Vespin, Pheori and Rock elves whe. the Firefang Jags and Incantum fkrest were attacked by the Undead of Kronimane.
The leaders forged an allie cae to aid one another if they were ever dealt with losing theor home region. Elves are very in tune with the nature around them and a. ast migration affects the culture as well as the. agic of each individual. While elves adapt quickly, it still takes a generation. If a population ans to move, the safe neighbour will do its best to situate the refugees somewhere that can stay somewhat normal to what they lost.
Sylvan was the spoken language of old elf castes, the elves had avoided partnerships amongst themselves ever since the Onyx elves convinced them to fight together and the world was almost lost in the Third Era. Small trade deals have been happening fir centuries since but the alliance wa ps the first of its kind in the modern era, something the many governments of man did not sit well with.
