Owendu Tribe

Deep within the Aztekku Jungle, the Owendu live as one with the endless canopy. Chiefs chosen for their cunning and strength guide villages where every role ties to survival. Eagle Warriors climb higher than the treetops, striking from above with obsidian-tipped spears. Jaguar Warriors stalk the shadows, painted in spots of blood and ash, pouncing with the fury of their namesake. Elephant Archers lumber through the undergrowth, their mounts carrying warriors whose bows can pierce armor at a hundred paces.   To the Owendu, war is not conquest but ritual: the defence of soil, water, and spirit. They believe the jungle itself fights beside them, vines tightening around intruders, beasts answering the drums. Outsiders who stumble into their lands find no mercy, only the gaze of painted hunters who seem to vanish and reappear with the heartbeat of the forest.
