Olaf Maverick
Olaf is a suave and rowdy mercenary who happens to also fill tankards at the Aristocrat’s Hall in Turin. The pirates city with more stolen gold passing through the coffers than minted coin. The Hall was once the place where the rich folk found their way to revelry and fun but many of the rich folk who love to dance moved to somewhere safer.
Now big spenders still find their way here but to be rich in Turin means you must be able to handle yourself. Olaf’s job is not necessarily to break up fights but to keep the peace just enough so that mead can keep on flowing through the evening.
He ties back his long blonde hair to start the day and you can tell how many stray swings he's recieved by how messy his locks are by the end of the night. Usually found laughing amongst the bars regulars and smoking a cigar, Olaf gets paid for his skills behind the bar and also his skills of breaking a nose over the bar.
Although he cannont carry his favoured longshot musket with him while at work, he never leaves home without his two smaller flintlock pistols hidden under his jacket.
