Mareka
Mareka is a former military strategist who now leads the all-women Blue Dragoons gang. Her tactical mind drives both her criminal operations and her ambitions, ranging from arms dealing to protection rackets. She is respected in the underworld for her loyalty and strict code of honour, yet feared for her ruthless efficiency—any obstacle in her path is swiftly removed by her dragon-tooth dagger.
Outside of the gang, Mareka maintains ties to formal institutions: she oversees the Dunwich library, manages the Carriage Drivers, Lumberjacks, and record keepers, and reports directly to Highking Regent Sylvar Tung. Her operations are funded in part by Westking Floki Boggan, giving her influence both in the criminal sphere and within local politics. Her distinctive colours are lime and green.
