Logi, the leader of the Edge Garroters, is a smoldering figure both in duty and temper. His ashen red skin glows faintly from the molten veins coursing beneath it, a mark of the Ignited—Aelfe whose bodies burn with contained flame. What remains of his hair hangs in a grey skullet, singed short from years spent too close to heat and fury.
He carries his weapon of choice—chains heated until white-hot, wrapped around his arms and shoulders like a forge’s embrace. With them, he entraps criminals brought from across the Firefang Jags, searing through stone and steel alike to bind his quarry. Those captured by his chains rarely live long enough to face trial; justice in the Jags burns fast. Even Pheori Aelves can feel the heat from the Molten Garrotes
Logi runs the Edge Garroters with the discipline of a warden and the ferocity of a pyromancer. His methods are brutal and definite. Among the Pheoran elves of Flarik, he does not get along with the other folk in his community, they know him necessary for law to hold but also find him unsettling.
