Isabel
Isabel is a seemingky kind-hearted woman who runs a soup kitchen in the Dunwich District. She also leads the South Runners, a gang of parkour experts and thieves who are adept at escaping custody by taking to the rooftops. They steal food to hide at the soup kitchen so she can offer more for the poor. Isabel took a lot of the yourh in as her children and the South Runners formed from that.
Although Isabel does not join in the adrenaline, do not cause mischief within her kitchen or a brigand will be on the iron end of her frying pan. She is not truly the saint people think she is, as she has vast debts that she repays through Oink and his Brahmas. When they need a person to disappear, either Isabel, her daughter or her son convince the person to grab something from the storeroom. Here they are whisked away through a tunnel underground to be taken to Johnni’s Showroom.
If a target is being particularly difficult, she has been known to mix some yandu in with their food.
Once there, the drugged people are taken to a showroom where they are sold to the highest bidder. Whether slaver, deviant or ne'er-do-well. The showroom is hidden under Johnni Everton's brothel. The slum houses in the area are secret entrances for the showroom where the bidders can sit behind a two way mirror and bid on woman, men, and even children.
In the tunnels to the showroom is the drug den where blind old woman work and guide buyers.
Once a victim is chosen, they enter the dark halls in a haze and only see the bright lights of the showroom before being taken away by their new owner.
The South Runners do not know their boss has been part of the disappearances in the Rumpag District. Many of the white and green clad gang members are teens of farmers, those amongst the homeless and the drug dealers of Rumpag.
