Gibbert

Gibbert — or “Gib” — moves like smoke through the alleys of Skygarde’s Rumpag District. His Pheori fire‑aelfe skin catches the glow of lanterns, and his black-and-red garb makes him seem like a shadow wreathed in flame. He leads the East Rivers gang, a cadre of lamplighters, knocker‑ups, and locksmiths, operating out of the Waxhouse, a front for the cruel business of Soulfire.
A sadistic inventor, Gibbert forces waxling creatures to create endless ever-burning flames, harvesting their souls without hesitation. He wields a flaming polearm with practiced ease, using stealth and agility to strike swiftly before disappearing into the shadows. His ambition is raw: a fire‑elf army born from soulfire, ready to seize power by whatever means necessary. He answers only to Siofra, while Addikus quietly funds his enterprise, allowing Gib to weave terror through the district under the guise of nightly lamplighting.

Gibbert is an elf who leads the East Rivers, a gang of lamplighters who work at night. Gibbert is a stealthy and agile fighter who is skilled in both hand-to-hand combat and ranged attacks. He is also a master of sneaking and can move almost silently through the shadows.

Works out of a combustibles store that sells wax, lanterns, gunpowder, flammables and fireworks. The storefront of a larger warehouse known as the Waxhouse
Works to create and sell Soulfire, his father bought the warehouse and used to make a small amount of the ever burning flame. Gib refined his fathers method by trapping and forcing waxling creatures to live in cages. The creatures live and die there and then must create new waxlings from the wax provided by Gib.
Gib is a sadistic man who cares not for the wellbeing of the little fae creatures. Uses live bodies covered in the corpses of waxlings to slowly suck their souls out and place them in a nearby soulfire sconces. Waxlings can create new waxlings from candle wax and mold them into living beings. This never ending method causes much depression within the caged society of the waxlings.
