Fish Armour Goblin
In the glinting swamp-mire of the Mooncrest woods, the Fish Armour Goblin emerges: not the seeming weakling many assume, but walking scale-armour, plated in fishbone and flexible shell that clinks with every breath. Water beads off the ridged plates lining their arms and chest, protecting against arrows and bites, while beneath the armour they move with surprising agility—ducking through reeds, slipping across slick logs.
They serve two purposes: shield-bearer in the front ranks of the Horde, and aquatic skirmisher when marsh and river give the advantage. In ambushes they wade through muck with armour that camouflages as much as it defends; in pitched battle they stand firm, scale-plates catching blows, their distorted shell-arms forming a barrier to protect raiders behind them.
