Composition
Equipment
Standard Clone armor with Rathtar designs, including tentacles and teeth motifs. The soldiers have a red and yellow color scheme on their armor.
Weaponry
Primarily Carbines and light weapons due to their role as fast mobile infantry.
Vehicles
Primarily AT-RTs and TX-130
The Battalion relies on other support companies for extra fire support.
Tactics
Jedi, or heavy shield trooper led spearhead followed supporting infantry and vehicles. AT-RTs would strike at flanks and attempt to cut off enemy forces.
Most if not all tactics heavily relied on constant assault and preventing the enemy from having any breathing room. In locations where an assault wasn't going on, small groups would provide a constant suppressive fire to give the illusion that the area was well protected.

Logistical Support
The force Consists of shock troops, as such they carry limited supplies beyond what they need for immediate combat, relying on support companies for food, munitions, and artillery support.
Auxilia
The 183rd always attached to a larger army or task force, operating only as a specialized spearhead.
