Documentary on Imperial Clone Troopers. Chapter 3 Interview with a Commander, ten minutes and seven seconds into the interview.
During an interview about traitorous Jedi, a former Clone Commander let slip that a Jedi Padawan had survived. While this information wasn't in any way shocking to the majority of the population, for a few interested parties it was gold.
"Just as Liu-shi-liu fell at our hands, across the galaxy brave clones turned on their jedi commanders, cutting them down in mass, few survived the initial onslaught, while those who did were hunted mercilessly by our newly formed Galactic Empire. Master Liu-shi-liu, master is what you call a slave driver, that they would become traitors was no surprise to me, and it was no problem for most of us to do our duty, some of us had more trouble, Wayfarer wasn't able to make a clean shot, we hated to have to take down the Padawans, but you can't undo that level of Jedi indoctrination, and I urge anyone who thinks otherwise to please, don't be taken in by them, the first thing Jedi learn is how to use their powers to manipulate people, don't let it happen to you."
