Kobolds

The Adopted lineage of Tet are mysterious. They are known as the Eggborn, and their legends claim that they were born from the eggs of the Grey Dragon, an entity recorded in no other source, and whose existence is explicitly denied by the Dragonborn. Regardless, the legends say that there were then of these eggs, each of which hatched ninety-nine ordinary kobolds, and one with wings. Kobolds are one of the smallest sympatic linages, lightly built with long crocodillan heads, long ridges of spine blunt spurs along their spines, and short tails. One in ten have wings, and are considered seers and scholars.
  With the exception of the winged, kobolds are compulsive diggers. They claim to follow the song of the Grey Dragon, which leads them down into the earth. Detractors sometimes claim that they are called to the Ash, but there is little evidence to support this. Kobold communities turn this calling to practical purposes.
