Ash
The Ash is the dark realm where haunts, fiends and evil souls are bathed in the heat of the Otherfire. The Ash lies within the body of TO, and is a battleground between the damned of Galath and the servants of VA.
- Haunts are the native spirits of the Ash, born in Otherfire.
- Devils are the souls of the damned, doomed to final service as the armies of the Ash. Transformed and empowered by Otherfire, they seek dominion over the Shadow and fresh recruits for their ranks through pacts and deals, but also defend Galath against the denizens of the Nothing.
- Demons are the servants of VA, Otherfire cast in temporary and terrible form. They are hunger personified and fight constantly to open paths to the world.
