Imperator/Imperatrix
The Imperator, or at present, Imperatrix (feminine) is the ruler of Caesarea. Vested with absolute power, she is a cruel and ruthless of terror to her people.
The title can be hereditary, but it often up for the taking for anyone bold enough to overthrow the previous Imperator.

Heredity, assassination, appointment are all usual forms of succession.

Administering the planet of Caesarea.
