Frozen Moment
A Frozen Moment is a vial of Chaos Memoriam encoded with a specific memory. With a suitable scrying pool and mana flux, this memory may replayed at will.
Utility
Used to record and replay moments in time. This functionality is incredibly useful in all areas of life, from entertainment to law enforcement to teaching and so on.
Manufacturing
Frozen memories are grown and produced like a bread starter. With feeding, the Chaos Memoriam populations increase and can be split into separate receptacles, thus producing extra copies of a particular memory.
New frozen memories may be created by infusing mana while the Chaos Memoriam is under the effects of a scry spell. This overwrites any previously recorded memories, replacing it with what the solution has just witnessed.

Widely available as long as a starter can be procured.
Complexity
Very simple to use. Simply pour Chaos Memoriam into a reflective pool or tank and supply it with a sufficient mana flow. Memoriam will automatically replay the memory. When finished, shut off mana flow and restore the Memoriam to its receptacle.
