Gates

The teleportation gates activated by the elves in the second war were a sight to behold. They were tall and imposing, standing at least 30 feet high and made of gleaming white marble. The gates were adorned with intricate carvings and symbols, which glowed with a soft, magical light. When activated, the gates could transport large groups of soldiers and supplies quickly and efficiently, allowing the empire and its allies to outmaneuver the necros and strike at their weak points. The gates were also highly accurate, ensuring that soldiers and supplies arrived at their destination without any mishaps.   While the gates were a powerful tool in the war, they did have their drawbacks. For one, they required a significant amount of magical energy to operate, which could only be provided by skilled elven mages. Additionally, the gates could only transport living beings, so the empire and its allies were unable to use them to transport heavy weapons or other non-living objects.   Overall, the teleportation gates were a valuable asset in the second war, allowing the empire and its allies to gain the upper hand against the necros and ultimately emerge victorious.
