Divided into 3 provinces Nafor is a large country ruled by a council of 5, one each overseeing each of the provinces one in charge of the large city state at its center also named Nafor, and a foil, whos sole purpose is to sway the vote in the case of a tie. The Eastern Provence is ruled by Viscount Aurelius in the city of Seyrin. The Northern Provence is ruled by Viscount Eris in the city of Harvest's Wake. The Eastern Provence is ruled by Viscount Baasra in the city of Gan Dorahl.
