Chul-Lotha
Chul-Lotha meaning lower Chul in the ancient tongue of lizardfolk who are the natives to this land. Once a small village in ages past, it has now grown into incredible size and strength and holds tenuous relations with The Black Spot pirates to the north.

Culture
Gold and silks decorate the walls and homes of all but the poorest of Lothians. The scents of sweet baked fruits and spiced meats fill the air of open markets and with it the smell of sticky smoke from the Aakuwinelle billowing out of tents. Across the way are children playing in the waves, and further out but still quite close to shore are small boats full of fishers. Music from drums and singing can be heard all around.
