Structure
The court has a minimum of 4 Dōmari in each temple. They cannot be priests/priestesses.
Just under the Dōmari is a Vakiila whom is there for the people regardless of wealth.
The lowest on the power structure is the newly inducted members, the Jurā, who cannot participate in any proceedings yet.

Public Agenda
They are to defend the innocent and prosecute the guilty according to the crimes commited as defined by the town/city, and Kingdom.
Demography and Population
Anyone can become a Judge or Barrister but must pass a series of tests and no more than 3 mock legal proceedings. No specific schooling is required as once you are accepted new teachings start.
