The Titanic Mountains

The Titanic Mountains are a massive mountain range that run along the eastern edge of the continent of Enuin. The mountains are known to house the largest and most terrifying beasts in all of Enuin. In the eras predating the Cataclysm, all Titanic beasts were held within the borders of the mountains by the Shepherd Dragon, Yaosret. His disappearance resulted in the migration of the Titanic beasts westward swarming the wildernesses of Enuin.

Geography

The Titanic Mountains are a massive mountain range that run hundreds of miles north and south. The terrain varies depending on the altitude with incredibly dense forests below and ice cold peaks above. The land is incredibly harsh to traverse for there are no true paths into the mountains since no settlement could possibly coexist with the Titanic beasts.   Sir Bracket Thomas, one of the 3 men to successfully lead multiple voyages into the mountains and return, wrote in his memoir: "Though every aspect of those dreadful mountains were almost perfectly designed to be as deadly and uninhabitable as possible, one cannot deny the majesty that is the Titanic Mountains. No natural force can match its beauty. Its pure forests are completely untouched by the axes of men. Its valleys flourish with an absolute abundance of wild life. Its peaks grant those who have the grit to scale them a hint of what the gods see when they look down upon Enuin from Heaven. The authority that the mountains demand from all who step into their territory can be felt down to your very soul. I could never advocate anyone attempting to enter these mountains, but I also envy all who will never be able to see the sights gifted to me by the Titanic Mountains.

Fauna & Flora

The majority of creatures of the Titanic Mountains have earned their home's namesake. They are the most dangerous and destructive beasts that have ever existed in Enuin. The mountains have acted as a land untouched by time. Beasts long extinct still exist within the boundary of the mountains preserved by Yaosret, the Great Golden Shepherd Dragon. It is likely that the land east of the mountains was filled with the same kinds of creatures that resided within the mountains and served as an unconquerable land that only nature may rule.
