The Poisoner

The poisoner is a Human man who lives southeast of Hermit’s Hovel he spends his days brewing narcotics and poisons from the natural environment. He is a quiet and pensive man who prefers to live in solitude but is not hostile to people. In fact once he has warmed up to someone he proves himself to be quite friendly in his own way. Although he doesn't speak much he'll often give gifts to the people he likes. This tend to be items like tea, berries, spices, medicinal herbs or even poison for them to use.   Due to the nature of his work he needs to operate off grid as he spends all day working with volatile substances that are highly illegal and considered Contraband Items. If caught in possession of his substances and equipment he would likely be arrested and detained indefinitely. Once manefactured he then distributes his contaband via the Barrel Scrapers. He primarily works with Asper as his courier and has come to look forward to their casual, albeit stilted chats. Asper is one of very few people to be invited into his home for tea, one which they accept with minimal suspicion.   His most requested and distributed item is Ache as a lot of it goes to enforcers and pleasure houses, but he also distributes Kromide which fetches a high price as he is one of the few people who can prepare it safely and successfully.
