The Primordial Conflict

The Primordials of the Six Planets discovered the existence of each other. Conflict sparked, leading to hundreds of years of divine war.

The Primordial Conflict was started by the Primordial of the Domain World, Yrtillingr. Yrtillingr, like their distant descendants, lived for the hunt, and upon learning of the other Primordials, saw it as the greatest hunt of all. Yrtillingr travelled to the Mountain World and engaged The Eternal Storm in a chase, hunting the storm across it's planet until finally Yrtillingr killed and devoured the storm. The Death throes of the Storm damaged the Salt-Flat World and the Desert World, bringing Pitch and Kalanesh into the conflict. Unlike the Eternal Storm, who was ill-suited for combat, both Pitch and Kalanesh were predators, and alarmingly good at killing, and Yrtillingr found themselves overwhelmed, and devoured in turn. By this time, The Lady of the Deep Lake found herself desperately trying to protect her Deep Lake World from the conflict, and sided with Akrion, the Primordial of the Xen'Na World to try and end the conflict. Akrion didn't explain the plan fully though, and the Lady of the Deep Lake donated her power to help Akrion, blindly trusting in them. A mistake she would come to regret. Akrion used the combined power of The Lady of the Deep Lake and themself, to split each of the 6 planets, recombining them into one, single planet, which would come to be known as the Six-Globe. This act killed Akrion, leaving only three or the original six Primordials. Pitch remains in the Salt-Flat Segment, sleeping Kalanesh continues to roam the Desert World, practically unharmed in the Splintering. The Lady of the Deep Lake was crippled from the loss of her World and her Power, and retreated to her ever-dimishing lake, which over time drained away leaving the land that would become the Mortal Plains
