Counselor Savera Qatar
Counselor Savera Qatar was on her wandering, visiting great natural wonders when she came to Thostenburg. She was in residence when Mount Ridder exploded, forcing those who could move fast enough into the underground below the metropolis. Savera is the last survivor of the original catastrophe and has sat on council for 300 years.
