Balstad
The Balstad family used to run a large farming community in the shadow of Mount Ridder but after the eruption, most of the Balstads settled along the coast. Laborers, shopkeepers, and artisans, the Balstad keep mostly to the land, though one hermit is herding sheep on the Sawbone Isles, sailing in to trade a load of wool for supplies a couple times a year.
