Aurlbright Mountains
The Aurlbright Mountains on the southern edge of the desert in northern Kenta are bright orange by day, due to high iron content, and reflect a rainbow of lights across the peaks at night. Though the range is not truly central to the content, it used as a central feature on maps and in navigating inland.
On the northern face below the highest peak, a perilous trail made for clawed kobold feet leads to a cavern entrance a couple of miles off the ground. The cavern leads to a cave system that includes the lair of the oldest living dragon, Raelniat, and her kobold following. Raelniat is a seer, but also prideful. She will answer inquiries on deep matters, but she expects to be well paid. If the request is frivolous, trivial, or if the offered payment is insulting, she will devour the petitioner. Pilgrimages by non-kobolds have all but stopped since the routes to The Gemstone Cliffs have become less dangerous, though far greater a journey from Kenta.
