Board of Hovering

Requires: Attunement   While attuned to this board, you gain a +10 to your movement speed. As well, you are not affected by difficult terrain except for magical effects. The board floats 3ft above the ground at all times. It cannot go up vertical surfaces, but can go up steep inclines. The board has 2 charges which recharge at dawn. You can expand a charge in order to gain the following benefits:  

• You may fly at a rate of your speed+10ft per round for 10 minutes, and ignores all difficult terrain, magical, volatile or otherwise.

• You gain advantage on all dexterity saving throws.

 

• If you would be knocked prone, you can make a DC 16 acrobatics check to stay on the board.

  The board can move over liquids such as magma pools, or oceans. However, if the liquids are considered extremely volatile (such as as tidal waves, or bubbling magma), you must succeed a DC 16 acrobatics check in order to surpass them each time you wish to move.
