While wearing this belt, your strength score becomes 27. If your strength is already equal to or greater than the belt's score, the item has no effect on you. As well, you gain the ability to breathe underwater, and have resistance to cold damage, or, if you already have resistance to cold damage, you gain immunity instead.
A belt closely associated with Arcanath; one of the six Dragon Rulers during the reign of Dragons. A blue belt with silver studs placed in it, and a buckle which is a a dragon with wings unfurled made out of metal. It appears to be imbued with the strength of the Aquatic Dragon. Just how did it end up here?
In times long past, Arcanath joined Volidek in the re-subjugation of the world. Yet, as the war came to a close; she retreated to another land, never to be seen again.
