Non Effective
Frale born without Effects. They are still a technical Frale, and need Frale Crystals to survive.
As they don't have any Effects to use but still the dependecy on crystals, the Humane see the Non-Effectives in a very bad light. Because of this they are rarely hired, and mostly stay in the Frale Districts
Also sometimes called Defective by the Humane.
They tend to have jobs such as Crystal Artificer and Title of Effects Agent where they can still help their community.
