Frale Defined Title

The Frale often have to fight to be able to get the recognition they work hard for to the Humane. One thing they are proud of are the history of Effects. Named after the first recorded Frale with the effect, Frale quickly learn as children the different titles and history of the people and uses its had in the past. Children often start to make stories of the effect they'll recieve and how they use it to get in history.   Many Humane don't consider or learn the names, and have plain names for the effects, and little patience for Frale that solely refer to it as their defined titles.   It's become mostly kept to Frale districts, and when in public with Humane their refer to the effect as listed on their Frale License.
