Black Army
The Black Army, One of the two newer groups that have gained much power in the area, is an ever expanding empire and the second largest power holder. It is from one of the 2 groups that split off from the treaty that created the Great Hawk’s Empire. They rule with an iron fist and and territorial like no other group. Border’s strongly enforced, and many species like Faun, Kitsune, Dragonborn, Elves, and Tieflings are not permitted to enter.
