Dromaeosuchus

Dromaeosuchus meaning "Running Crocodiles" is a genus of terrestrial allodaphosuchid that lives in in grasslands of Sisawa. It was the second largest terrestrial predator in the ecosystem and fill the role as an medium sized predator. Hunting small sauropods, small Avisgigantis, Emumimus, and other medium sized animals. Measuring at 5.6 meters in length.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Dromaeosuchus have a therepod dinosaur build, it was bipedal. Its build was for speed and even gallop. Its teeth is for tear flesh and make its prey bleed to death. Komodo dragons also used this tactic to kill its prey. Dromaeosuchus teeth and its ability to gallop is similar to cuban crocodiles. The reason bipedalism occured is unknown. Boverisuchus is considered to be a biped to, its very distant relative postosuchus is also a biped.

Ecology and Habitats

Dromaeosuchus fill the role as an medium sized pursuit predator. They also hunt in packs to take down larger prey. Their kills are often stealed by the larger Lythrovenator bowserii. They hunt medium sized prey while bigger animals are hunted by Lythrovenator bowserii. Dromaeosuchus are also in the menu for bigger animals.
