Hillswill mead refers to mead brewed in the mountain town of Tilloord. There are two varieties of hillswill: sweet and rowdy. Sweet hillswill is a type of rhodomel mead brewed with roses. Rowdy hillswill, the kind that most folks are referring to when they mention hillswill, is a kind of oxymel mead brewed with vinegar. The Tilloordish will also mix herbal concoctions with rowdy hillswill as the base, used for healing and stamina while working away high in the mountains.
